Welcome to the official website of the 20th ISDSI Global Conference 2026 organized by IMT Hyderabad. By registering for the conference and making payments through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Registration

• Conference registration will be confirmed only after successful payment.
• Participants are responsible for providing accurate and complete registration details.
• The organizing committee reserves the right to accept or reject any registration without prior notice.

2. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made through the authorized online payment gateway available on the website.
• Applicable taxes and transaction charges, if any, shall be borne by the participant.
• Once payment is successfully processed, a confirmation email/payment acknowledgement will be sent to the registered email address.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Registration fees are non-transferable.
• Refund requests, if applicable, shall be considered only as per the conference refund policy communicated by the organizing committee.
• In case of event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, the organizing committee’s decision regarding refund eligibility shall be final.

4. Paper Submission and Participation

• Submission of abstracts/full papers does not guarantee acceptance for presentation or publication.
• All submissions are subject to review by the conference committee.
• Participants must ensure that submitted work is original and does not violate any copyright or intellectual property rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

• The conference organizers and IMT Hyderabad shall not be held responsible for any technical issues, payment failures, internet disruptions, or losses arising from the use of this website.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring compatibility of their systems and internet connectivity while accessing conference services.

6. Privacy and Data Usage

• Personal information collected during registration will be used only for conference-related communication and administrative purposes.
• The organizers shall take reasonable measures to protect participant information.

7. Modification of Terms

• The organizing committee reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

8. Governing Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising in connection with conference registration or online payments shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
