Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit abstracts or full papers based on their original research. Upon acceptance of the abstract or full paper, authors may indicate their interest in having their full paper considered for publication in one of the conference-associated journals. Acceptance of a paper for presentation at the conference does not guarantee publication in any journal. Papers shortlisted for publication will be subject to the editorial policies, peer-review process, and quality standards of the respective journals.
An author may present a maximum of two papers at the conference. To present a paper, at least one author of the paper must register for the conference. Presentation certificates will be issued only to registered authors who present their papers at the conference.
* Registration is a must for an author to present a paper.
** A maximum of two papers can be presented by an author.

Originality & Plagiarism
  • Submissions must be original and not under review/published elsewhere
  • All papers will be checked using plagiarism and AI detection tools (e.g., Turnitin)
  • Use of AI tools must be explicitly declared.
Authorship & Contribution
  • The corresponding author must ensure approval from all co-authors
  • Any change in authorship post-submission requires committee approval
Data Integrity
  • Data must be accurate and free from fabrication or falsification
  • Authors may be asked to provide supporting data or clarifications
Conflict of Interest
  • Any financial or personal conflicts must be disclosed clearly
Peer Review Ethics
  • Blind peer review process will be followed
  • Confidentiality and objectivity will be ensured.
Copyright & Permissions
  • Authors must obtain permissions for copyrighted content
  • Proper acknowledgment of sources is mandatory
