Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit Abstracts of their original research papers. Upon acceptance of the abstract, authors will be invited to submit full-length papers that are appropriately structured and adhere to the prescribed word limit and referencing style outlined below. All submissions will undergo a rigorous blind peer-review process.

Abstract
  • Between 250-300 words (keywords excluded)
  • Background & research problem
  • Objectives & methodology
  • Findings & implications
  • Limitations & originality
  • 4-6 keywords

  • Microsoft Word format
  • Language: English
  • Length: 5,000 to 6,000 words (incl. all content)
Author Details
  • All authors listed in correct order
  • Name, Designation, Affiliation, Address, Email
  • Biographical sketch (50 words)
Paper Structure
  • Title page with author details
  • Structured abstract & keywords (up to six)
  • Main text, references & biographies
Font & Formatting
  • Times New Roman
  • Body: 12 pt, single-spaced
  • Headings: Bold 13 pt
  • Sub-headings: Italic 12 pt
Figures & Tables
  • Figures: Caption below, numbered

Originality & Plagiarism
  • Submissions must be original and not under review/published elsewhere
  • All papers will be checked using plagiarism and AI detection tools (e.g., Turnitin)
  • Use of AI tools must be explicitly declared.
Authorship & Contribution
  • The corresponding author must ensure approval from all co-authors
  • Any change in authorship post-submission requires committee approval
Data Integrity
  • Data must be accurate and free from fabrication or falsification
  • Authors may be asked to provide supporting data or clarifications
Conflict of Interest
  • Any financial or personal conflicts must be disclosed clearly
